Afroel Technologies ("we," "our," or "us") provides enterprise resource planning (ERP) software services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Afroel ERP.
Account Information: Company name, email address, phone number, business category, and payment information.
Business Data: Customer records, inventory data, sales transactions, invoices, employee information, and financial data you enter into the system.
Usage Data: IP address, browser type, access times, pages viewed, and feature usage analytics.
Payment Receipts: Uploaded payment confirmations for manual verification.
• Provide, operate, and maintain Afroel ERP services
• Process subscription payments and verify manual payments
• Communicate about your account, updates, and support inquiries
• Improve and optimize our platform based on usage analytics
• Ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity
• Comply with legal obligations under Ethiopian law
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission
• Secure database storage with access controls
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Multi-tenant data isolation to prevent cross-company access
• SOC2 Type II compliant infrastructure
We DO NOT sell your data. We only share information:
• With your explicit consent
• With service providers who assist in operating our platform
• To comply with legal obligations or protect our rights
• In connection with a business transfer or acquisition
We retain your business data as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. Payment receipts and invoices are retained for 7 years for tax compliance.
You have the right to:
• Access and export your business data at any time
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt-out of non-essential communications
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
Your data is stored in secure data centers. By using our services, you consent to data transfer and processing in accordance with this policy.

By accessing or using Afroel ERP ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Afroel ERP is a comprehensive business management platform providing: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Inventory Management, Sales & Invoicing, Purchasing, Accounting, Human Resources, Point of Sale (POS), E-Invoicing, Production Management, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Reporting & Analytics, and Multi-Branch/Multi-Store Management.
3.1 Plans: We offer Starter, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans with features as described on our pricing page.
3.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans receive a 20% discount.
3.3 Payment Methods: We accept CBE Bank Transfer and Telebirr. Manual payments require receipt upload for verification.
3.4 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
3.5 Proration: Plan changes mid-cycle result in prorated credits or charges.
3.6 Trials: 15-day free trial available. After trial, paid subscription required to continue access.
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for illegal activities or in violation of Ethiopian law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization (Reseller terms apply separately)
• Exceed licensed user or branch limits without appropriate subscription
Afroel ERP and all related content, features, and technology are owned by Afroel Technologies and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data.
You own all data you enter into Afroel ERP. Upon request, we will provide an export of your data in standard formats (CSV, Excel, JSON). Data exports are available during active subscription and for 90 days after cancellation.
7.1 Uptime: We guarantee 99.9% uptime for Enterprise plans. Pro and Starter plans receive 99.5% uptime commitment.
7.2 Support: Email support included for all plans. Priority phone support available for Pro and Enterprise. Enterprise includes dedicated account manager.
7.3 Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance occurs during off-peak hours with advance notice.
8.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
8.2 Refunds: No refunds for partial periods. Prorated credits apply for annual plan cancellations.
8.3 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms or non-payment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afroel Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Afroel Technologies from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa.
We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
